The Providence Athletics Office consists of the Director of Athletics Michael Woods,
and the Administrative Athletic Assistant Dana Smith. The number to reach,
or set an appointment with the director of athletics, is 770-279-3949.
In addition to the Web site, the school provides an athletic telephone hotline that
is used when events are changed or cancelled. Please call the school at 770-279-3940,
when the recording is on; dial “6.” The Athletics Office’s policy is to try to make
weather-related decisions by 2 p.m. if possible.
The athletic hotline will not have any information regarding practice cancellations.
Athletes will be notified as early as possible so they may notify their parents.
